My Complete Technical Assistance and Services, LLC (dba. myCTAS LLC), referred to as the “Company”, greatly values our clients' privacy. This Privacy Policy, referred to as the “Policy”, will explain simply what information we collect from visitors to myctas.com, referred to as the “Website”, and how we collect and safeguard this information. This Policy will also outline how this information can or cannot be used.

The Company reserves the right to change, revise or modify, at any time, this Policy. If the Company has a client’s email address on file, the client will be notified via email at the time the Policy is updated.

This Policy applies to the Website and Company, and governs any and all information collection, usage and storage by the Company.

Through the use of the Website or any services offered by the Company, you consent to the procedures in this Policy.

All payment information and payments are securely stored and processed through Square Inc. (Square Privacy Policy)

    • This information is used to provide you with further services information, a quote for services, or to provide services requested, and to collect payment for services completed.

    • With your consent, this information may also be used to request feedback on recent contact or services with the Company.

All information collected by the Company and the Website is not now, nor will it be in the future, for sale, rent, or lease to any third parties.

The Website uses third-party social media features including but not limited to LinkedIn. These services may collect your IP address and require cookies to work properly. These services are governed by their respective privacy policies and are not within the control of the Company.

Information Retention and Removal

All information the Website or Company collects will be encrypted and stored securely. The Company retains information collected for no longer than necessary to protect your information. The length of time any information is retained is determined by a few factors:

  • The length of time reasonable to retain records to demonstrate the Company has fulfilled all duties and obligations.

  • Any limitation periods in which claims might be made.

When any information or information has reached the end of its' retention period, that information will be securely deleted, or in the case of physical records, destroyed in a confetti shredder or other secure means as applicable.

The Company takes precautions to protect your information. When you submit information via the Website, your information is protected both online and offline. This can be verified by a ‘lock’ icon in the address bar and ‘https’ at the beginning of the Website address.

While encryption is utilized to protect information transmitted online, the company also protects your information offline. Only employees of the Company who need information to perform their job duties are granted access, and only to the extent required to perform their job duties. All Company computers, servers, and devices that store information are kept in a physically secure environment. All of these measures are taken to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of the user’s information under our control.

The Company also uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for authentication and private communications to build users’ trust and confidence in the Website by providing simple and secure communication and access.
